We deliver all our standard and express orders by well known delivery partner.

3. Do you offer international delivery?

Yes, we offer international delivery to most countries. Shipping times and rates may vary depending on the destination.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order online.

 

5. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to update the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll assist you if possible.


6. Do you offer free delivery?

10. What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If our order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
